"I've been to a fair bit of barbershops in my life and I can easily say this has been the best barbershop I've been to. I have longer hair and it's typically harder for barbershops to get it right. I booked a haircut with Amy and she absolutely nailed it! Like NAILED IT. Never been happier with a haircut. I would HIGHLY recommend her, especially if you're a guy with longer hair. She did a wonderful job, on top of being very personable and enjoyable to talk to. Cannot stress this place enough, absolutely wonderful experience, I will be coming back!"

"I usually frequent a chain franchise type of salon, but then came across an ad in the local Seacoast Scene paper advertising 'Gents Barbershop' so I checked out their website. I was pleasantly surprised that I could actually make an appointment for a specific day, and time so I made one for the following day at 10am. I was greeted by Shelly, the owner, with a warm and welcoming smile. We had a nice conversation while she took her time to meticulously cut my hair, and that is something that other hairdressers in the chain/franchise type salon don't do. It's usually move'm in, move'm out. Not at Gents! I loved my cut and suggest that you make an appointment at Gents Barbershop for your next haircut, you won't be disapponted. "A year ago, I had a fantastic experience at Gents Barbershop! Sharon my hairstylist provided an outstanding haircut, paying incredible attention to every detail. She really took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and it shows in the result.
The owner Shelly went way beyond my expectations by staying open after hours taking her time cutting a gentleman's hair and Sharon staying late to cut my hair Friday evening because the next available appointment would have been Sunday.
I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend Sharon for anyone looking for top-notch service! But, I'm positive the other two hair stylists are equally good as the owner gives back to the community supporting raffles for gifts and all the money goes to a cancer foundation."
